We are leaving our current location and are actively seeking a new one. This was not an easy decision. Our last day serving food will be this Wednesday, 2/29. What is organic food?  It is probably easier to explain what it isn’t. Organic food is not government subsidized and is, therefore, true market priced.  It is simply produced with NO pesticides, NO insecticides, NO chemical fertilizers, NO antibiotics, NO growth hormones, NO genetic engineering, and LACKS a whole host of other toxic artificial additives, flavorings, colorings, and preservatives.  It is not Franken-food that has been engineered in a laboratory.  In other words, it is produced the way nature intended:  clean, free of poison, and, most importantly, good for you!  You can taste the difference!   Your body and health will thank you!

All of our fresh produce is organic as well as our baking flour, sugar, condiments, and herbs & spices.  This is by no means a complete list of organics used in our restaurant.

Our deli meats are all natural with no preservatives.  Our burger and stew beef is local, 100% grass fed and organically produced (but not certified).  Our eggs are also local from free range chickens.

We offer two types of organic hot dogs:  100% grass fed beef and turkey dogs.  We have a large selection of organic and gluten free breads, rolls, and buns of which Ezekiel is prominent.  Our french fries/sweet potato fries are hand-cut and organic, and we even fry in organic sunflower oil.  The result is a much healthier and more delicious treat!

In addition, we have the largest coffee/espresso bar in the area with eight roasts brewed continually throughout the day including Fair Trade Organic, Guatemalan Dark, three flavored changed daily, and two decafs.  An impressive espresso drink selection rounds out our coffee bar.

Last, but not least, are our fresh baked and delicious croissants, cinnamon rolls, brownies, and bread puddings.  And our organic gelato and organic sorbetto which is, to our knowledge, the only of it’s kind produced in this country.
